Your Hosts

For Sylvie and Pierre the innkeeper adventure started in June 1991 (two months later Intrawest bought the ski resort). At the time Pierre was general manager at the Pinoteau Village. He had always worked in the hotel-resort-restaurant business and always dreamed of having an Inn of his own someday. Sylvie, a freelance graphic designer, also worked front desk in hotels in the area as well as cook in tree planting camps in the spring.

They purchased this large home with the intent to make it the Inn they dreamed of. Pierre has been living in the area for more than thirty  years. Sylvie who came here on weekends since early childhood has been living here since she met Pierre in 1987.

The Inn counts a few more hosts: their children Catherine and Henri, Petzl and Folgen two friendly Wheaten Terriers. Sylvie, Pierre and their kids love the outdoors, from downhill skiing, x-c skiing, snow shoeing in winter, to bicycling, hiking and golfing in summer. They will be happy to share their passion for the outdoors and inform you about this lovely region.
