Deposit and cancellation

A deposit of 50% (total before taxes) is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of the fee will be paid during your stay. The money foreseen and received as deposit will be kept by the host as damage and interest according to the following rules:

16 to 21 days notice : $20 non-refundable
8 to 15 days notice : 50% of deposit non-refundable
7 or fewer days notice : entire deposit non-refundable
